The atmosphere in the house is welcoming and friendly; after all, we want you to feel completely at ease in your home away from home. Families are very welcome; we love children and a lively house. You're also welcome to bring your dog. Whatever you'd like to know, just come and ask Irene. She has the best tips for restaurants and cafes, can share her insider secrets for the slopes, the most beautiful winter walks and cross-country ski trails, and recommend the most worthwhile destinations for day trips. And in the summer, she has plenty of tour suggestions for hikers and cyclists. Our house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, and the south- and east-facing balconies are perfect for relaxing and soaking up the winter sun. In the summer, a large garden surrounding the house is another enticing feature.

Our house is located in the center of Kitzbühel and very close to the cable cars. The valley stations of the Hahnenkamm and Horn cable cars are a ten-minute walk away. The Hammerschmiedstraße ski bus stop is right outside our door. From there, buses run regularly to the Hahnenkamm/Horn cable car valley stations in Kitzbühel and Wagstätt in Jochberg. A supermarket for your shopping needs is just around the corner on our street.

Yes, there is a parking space for each apartment. If you are arriving with two cars, you can park the second car in the paid parking lots at Central Park (Malinggasse, a 3-minute walk from our house) or Hahnenkamm (near the Hahnenkamm cable car, a 7-minute walk from our house). There is also the free Pfarrau parking lot outside the town center (at the western entrance to the town, coming from the Brixental valley). In winter, the circular bus runs regularly from Pfarrau to our stop on Hammerschmiedstraße, or you can walk for 10 minutes.

Check-in is possible from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure. We will, of course, try to accommodate your individual requests whenever possible. Please let us know in advance. Irene will greet you personally if possible. If she is out, there is a key box containing the house and apartment keys. A quick phone call on the day of arrival will help us to organize your arrival as smoothly as possible.

Yes, we are well-equipped with cribs, highchairs, and plenty of toys, games, and children's books. Please write to us before your holiday so we know your requirements and can prepare everything.
